fScan Reference Manual, Chapter 3 (KeyCmds:ImageKeys): highdims

Highdims -- Control high dimensions (3rd-6th) settings

usage: Z

Use the 'Z' key interactively to control how fScan steps through sets of images (dims: Z, T, A, B).
Image data sets in fScan can have up to 6 dimensions (X,Y,Z,T,A,B).

  • 0Z - step through time dimension (same as 4Z)
  • 1Z - step through slice dimension (same as 1Z)
  • 3Z - step through 3rd dimension, Z slices
  • 4Z - step through 4th dimension, T time points
  • 5Z - step through 5th dimension, A groups of volumes
  • 6Z - step through 6th dimension, B groups of A groups
